Myndpay Concrete wants to treat everyone who reaches out fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to file a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You can contact us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one answers for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider. Keep a written record.

Email contact@myndpay.bar. Please include:
We will email you to confirm we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. We will look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. Then we will reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You may also contact your state consumer protection office or attorney general, or your local Better Business Bureau. For licensed providers, your state contractor licensing board may be able to help.
