Who We Are
Myndpay Concrete is a referral service. We help homeowners find independent concrete providers near them. We do not pour, cut or finish concrete. The providers in our network do that work. Each one runs its own business.
Why We Exist
A driveway or patio is a big part of a home. Done well, it sheds water, carries weight and looks sharp for years. Done badly, it cracks, pools water and can hurt the home's value when it is time to sell.
Many homeowners do not know where to start. Prices are hard to compare. Trade words are hard to follow. We exist to make the first step simple. Pour it right. Quote on paper.
Why the Slab Matters
Concrete flatwork means flat poured work like drives, walks and pads. It sits right next to the house. If water runs toward the walls, it can harm the footing and the stucco.
In San Leandro and the San Leandro area, long dry spells and heavy winter rain both test a slab. Good grading (the slope of the ground) and a firm base help protect the slab and the home.
How Providers Are Matched
You tell us what you want. It might be a new driveway, a stamped patio or a new walk. We share your request with a local provider in our network who takes that kind of job.

What We Expect From Providers
We ask providers to be clear and polite. They should explain the plan in plain words. They should give a written quote. They should say what is in the price and what is not.
Providers are independent. Homeowners should ask each one about licensing and insurance where local rules call for it.
What We Do Not Do
We do not pour or finish concrete. We do not set prices. We do not promise a result or a start date.
This site is for new work. Some people search for concrete driveway repair. A provider can tell you if patching makes sense or if a new slab is wiser. Soil and settling problems are a different trade. Foundation repair experts handle those.
How We Are Paid
Myndpay Concrete does not charge homeowners for a referral. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee for the connection. You pay the provider only for the work, at the price in your written quote.
